Organized by The Asia Foundation, this four-day event provided a platform for collaboration with 11 implementing partners. Together, the group worked to advance efforts to secure the <a href=\"https:\/\/lightcastlepartners.com\/insights\/2024\/02\/fostering-wellbeing-for-women-in-rmg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">livelihoods of women workers<\/a> in the RMG sector amid Industry 4.0 transformations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The convening began with a welcome address by Kazi Faisal Bin Seraj, Country Representative of The Asia Foundation. His speech set the stage for an engaging and collaborative experience. Participants reflected on progress achieved during Phase 1, exchanged insights, and joined team-building activities. These sessions aimed to strengthen partnerships and improve communication, especially among newly joined members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A key highlight was the session on Measuring Collective Learning and Achievements. Partners revisited Phase 1 milestones and developed a standardized template for communication case stories. This new tool will enhance storytelling and boost the visibility of collective achievements. Additionally, the team provided valuable feedback on Collective Impact (CI) governance and structure. This session aimed to ensure consistency and alignment across partner organizations. The event concluded with inspiring messages from Charlotte Brunnstr\u00f6m, Program Director at H&amp;M Foundation, and the ORS Impact Team. These dialogues brought together stakeholders from across the apparel ecosystem, including policymakers, industry leaders, and worker representatives.
