Requirements: University 3rd–4th year students from any background. Passion for research, problem solving, finance, economics, business, social sciences, extracurricular activities (ECA), or part-time work experience preferred. 

About the Role: Join LightCastle Partners as a part-time Junior Associate, working 4-5 hours daily (20-22 hours/week) for 4 months. This paid role offers extension or full-time opportunities based on performance and needs. Successful candidates in this role will be eligible for the BA accelerator track and be onboarded as a Business Analyst at LightCastle Partners upon their graduation.

1. Required Qualifications 

  • 3rd/4th-year university student. 
  • Critical thinking and superior verbal communication & writing skills. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Canva, Google Suite; Looker Studio or Power BI a plus. 
  • Passion for research; business case competition experience preferred. 
  • Interest in entrepreneurship, startups, non-profits, or competitions advantageous 
  • Submit your writing samples (content writing articles), if available. 

2. Key Responsibilities 

  • Project Assistance: Assist with program management tasks and coordinate with internal teams 
  • Research Support: Help in designing interview guides, conducting basic research, and organizing discussions to gather information 
  • Data Handling: Assist with collecting and organizing data, and contribute to simple data analysis and reporting 
  • Content Support: Help in preparing reports, articles, presentation deck and other materials in a clear and structured way 
  • Provide timely and efficient support for internal teams in utilizing the created templates and decks. 
  • Develop and maintain visual templates, animation presets, and presentation decks for internal and client-facing use.
