Core Job Functions
This role balances analytics, leadership, and mission execution, ensuring the ship runs smoothly while supporting strategic command decisions.
- End-to-end event & mission coordination
- Research, insight generation, and market intelligence
- Data structuring and repository management

- Project delivery support and milestone tracking

Primary Responsibilities
Project & Client Management
- Lead multi-stakeholder projects with precision, timelines, and quality assurance.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with clients, donors, and strategic actors.
- Produce strategic outputs: reports, decks, case studies, briefs.
- Guide and mentor junior officers (Analysts) for skill growth and delivery strength.
- Monitor budgets, KPIs, and implementation efficiency — like maintaining ship systems before warp.
Research & Knowledge Leadership
- Conduct deep-dive research across exports, digital public infrastructure, entrepreneurship.
- Contribute to flagship publications — sector reports, DPI landscape studies.
- Design research methodologies (KIIs, FGDs, surveys) to generate actionable intelligence.
- Convert findings into dashboards, frameworks, and policy recommendations.
Ecosystem Engagement: The Federation Interface
- Build diplomatic channels with policymakers, private sector leaders, DFIs, academia.
- Represent LightCastle at national & global platforms — conference halls to command decks.
- Drive partnerships (SheSTEM, ExportBangladesh.org, DPI pilots) and structured alliances.
- Convene ecosystem roundtables, dialogues, and strategic forums.
Advisory, Training & Capacity Building
- Advise SMEs/corporates on growth, blended finance, and investment readiness.
- Design and run training modules and ToTs — knowledge transmission like Starfleet Academy.
- Provide one-on-one advisory on business planning, market entry, and financing pathways.
- Lead accelerators and structured capacity-building programs with measurable outcomes.
Digital Transformation & Tech Stack Navigation
- Champion MS365 adoption and collaborative digital systems across the organization.
- Build dashboards and automation pipelines (SQL, Tableau/Looker Studio, Excel).
- Lead development of LightCastle’s Project Management Application.
- Ensure operational warp-efficiency through process automation.
Auxiliary Responsibilities
- Support Finance with budgets, invoices, and cost governance.
- Collaborate with Comms on publications, newsletters, and thought leadership.
- Contribute to business development — proposals, pipeline tracking, opportunity mapping.
- Improve workflow, processes, and operational smoothness.
- Work cross-functionally with design, digital, and data teams for integrated mission success.
