Position Overview
LightCastle Partners seeks an experienced Business Analyst – Digital & Communications to lead the internal positioning, awareness, and enablement of our digital & communications practice. This role is critical to translating our digital transformation, growth strategy, and technology offerings into compelling narratives that drive the consulting practice, capability building, and pipeline development.
The successful candidate will partner closely with the Ecosystem & Investments team leadership to create and execute campaigns, build an internal knowledge hub, and equip consultants with the tools and confidence to win and deliver in the digital sphere.
1. Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Economics, Statistics, Media & Journalism, English, Liberal Arts or a related field; master’s degree is a plus.
Professional Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B marketing, internal communications, or practice/portfolio marketing, ideally in professional services, consulting, or technology sectors.
- Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel internal campaigns (email, intranet, events, enablement toolkits) for complex or technical topics.
- Demonstrated ability to translate digital, data, and growth/technology concepts into clear, compelling narratives and slideware for internal, non-expert audiences.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a portfolio of content (decks, one-pagers, playbooks, newsletters, case study materials).
Technical and Tool Proficiency
- High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; ability to create visually compelling decks and manage data for campaign analysis.
- Familiarity with intranet/CMS platforms, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and basic analytics dashboards for tracking engagement and ROI.
- Comfortable with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for tracking marketing influence on opportunities and pipeline.
Professional Competencies
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple initiatives, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a matrixed, international environment.
- Comfort with digital and data topics (e.g., digital transformation, growth marketing, analytics, AI, product development) and eagerness to deepen expertise in LightCastle’s Digital & Growth offerings.
- Strategic and hands-on mindset with strong attention to detail, quality orientation, and a bias toward experimentation and continuous learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence without direct authority and build trust quickly across the firm.
Desired Skills and Attributes
- Familiarity with agile and iterative ways of working, including test-and-learn campaign methodologies.
- Experience in development finance, social impact, SME development, or financial inclusion sectors (aligned with LightCastle’s focus areas).
- Understanding of the Bangladesh and South Asian consulting landscape and opportunity landscape.
- Exposure to data analytics, visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), or basic SQL for measuring marketing impact.
- Interest in emerging technologies (AI/ML, automation, platforms) and their application to business transformation.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an internal marketing plan to build awareness and understanding of Digital & Growth priorities, offerings, and success stories across the firm.
- Translate complex digital, data, and growth topics into clear internal narratives and assets (emails, intranet pages, one-pagers, playbooks, sales decks, short videos, webinars).
- Lead internal launch campaigns for new Digital & Growth IP, tools, and products, including messaging, collateral, enablement materials, and activation plans for client teams.
- Partner with Ecosystem & Investments leadership and client teams to package case examples and impact stories into reusable, on-brand internal materials and selling tools.
- Plan and coordinate internal events (webinars, roadshows, capability sessions, training workshops) to strengthen Digital & Growth mindshare and build consultant capabilities.
- Maintain and continuously improve the internal knowledge hub for Digital & Growth (asset library, playbooks, credentials, frameworks), ensuring content is current, searchable, and user-friendly.
- Embed Digital & Growth narratives into broader practice and domestic/international marketing activities, collaborating closely with the central team to create a narrative digitally.
- Monitor engagement and performance of internal campaigns (open rates, attendance, downloads, feedback, CRM influence) and use insights to iterate and optimize future activations.
- Provide marketing and communications support to senior leaders for internal forums (leadership calls, offsites, practice meetings), including talking points, narratives, and supporting materials.
- Ensure all internal communications and assets align with LightCastle’s brand, tone of voice, and governance and compliance guidelines.
