Faiza Tahiya
Business Analyst
Faiza Tahiya is an MSc graduate in Business Analytics from the University of Birmingham.
She completed her undergraduate degree from Brac University with a double major in
Finance and Human Resource Management. She is a Business Analyst at LightCastle Partners.
Faiza has professional experience in both the UK and Bangladeshi academic sectors. She
has served as an Adjunct Faculty member at BRAC Business School and worked as a
Research Associate at the University of Birmingham and Higher Education Futures Institute
(HEFi). She possesses strong analytical and research skills, with hands-on experience in
data visualization tools, project management, and developing data-driven insights to
support business initiatives.
