He has worked with industry leaders such as Talabat UAE, Foodpanda Bangladesh, British American Tobacco, and Jamuna Bank Limited, where he has successfully driven growth and efficiency through strategic initiatives and process improvements. With a proven track record in commercial performance management, project execution, and enhancing operational processes, Ridwanur excels in managing large-scale projects, fostering high-performing teams, and implementing data-driven strategies that deliver measurable impact.
