Sadia Rahman Shupta is a Business Analyst at LightCastle Partners, working in the Development & Management Consulting wing. With a passion for both analytical problem-solving and creative expression, Shupta brings a unique perspective to the consulting field. Beyond consulting, Shupta is an artist whose work explores themes of gender equality and societal norms. Collaborating with the Goethe-Institut Bangladesh through Cassandra’s Eyes, Shupta has used visual storytelling to challenge patriarchal narratives. Additionally, Shupta has contributed as a cartoonist for UNMAD, Bangladesh’s leading political satire magazine. Blending artistic storytelling with data-driven insights, Shupta aspires to develop innovative, impact-driven solutions in the development and management consulting space.
