Shubham Roy

Shubham has 4 years of professional experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E), project management, business intelligence, research, data analysis, program evaluation, donor reporting, and knowledge management. In his previous role, he gained experience designing and implementing M&E systems for multiple development projects targeting more than 20,000 beneficiaries. He is interested in qualitative and quantitative research, impact assessment, survey instrument design, data visualization, and data management.
Shubham completed BSS in Economics from the University of Dhaka. He is an International Exchange Alumnus who has been actively involved in youth development and community services over the last 12 years. He also served as a member of the United Nations Youth Advisory Panel in Bangladesh.
