Tasnuva Jahan Lamiya is a Trainee Consultant at LightCastle Partners. She is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance & Banking at Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP), where she has built a strong foundation in analytical thinking, research, and evidence-based decision-making.
Prior to joining LightCastle, Tasnuva served as a Teaching Assistant for a Financial Modeling course at Human Development Network Bangladesh (HDNB), mentoring participants in financial analysis and business case development. Beyond academics, she actively pursued leadership and professional development opportunities through Grameenphone’s Platform SHE mentorship program and as a Campus Ambassador at BYLC, strengthening her communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Tasnuva has also participated in several startup, investment, and innovation competitions, reflecting her strong interest in entrepreneurship, business strategy, and solving real-world challenges. She is passionate about consulting, impact-driven research, and the startup ecosystem, and is particularly interested in supporting organizations through data-driven insights and strategic problem-solving. She is eager to build a career in management consulting by contributing to projects that create sustainable business and development impact.
