About ExitStack
ExitStack is a platform for verified, trustworthy news, resources, and insights on startups and tech from Bangladesh and the Bangladeshi diaspora. ExitStack is a subsidiary of Anchorless Bangladesh and LightCastle Partners.
Role Purpose
This is a full-time execution and operations role that keeps ExitStack running end to end: managing the content engine, coordinating stakeholders, and overseeing website and platform maintenance. In 2026, ExitStack is expanding into clearer content streams, open community contributions, and a stronger media-insights positioning.

Responsibilities:
1. Own end-to-end operations
- Run weekly planning, task tracking, and follow-ups across all workstreams; keep timelines tight and delivery predictable.
- Create and maintain SOPs, templates, checklists, and a central tracker to streamline operations.
- Take full accountability for handoffs, execution quality, and operational problem-solving.
2. Own the content pipeline (pitch to publish)
- Manage the full editorial workflow: intake, assignment, editing coordination, approvals, scheduling, and publishing.
- Maintain publishing standards across formats (structure, tone, formatting, tagging, basic SEO hygiene) to keep output consistent.
- Propose and test new content formats/series that make ExitStack more useful for founders, investors, and operators.
3. Website and platform maintenance
- Oversee CMS publishing QA, site hygiene, broken links, embeds, and routine troubleshooting to keep the platform clean and reliable.
- Coordinate with designers/developers to implement improvements, fix issues, and support new platform features.
- Maintain organized asset libraries (thumbnails, templates, brand elements) to speed up production and reduce rework.

About Invest Bangladesh International
Invest Bangladesh International (IBI) is an informational platform that presents Bangladesh’s investment landscape to a global audience, with a particular focus on international and diaspora stakeholders. The platform curates insights on key sectors, market trends, policy developments, and ecosystem players to help readers better understand investment opportunities and the broader business environment in Bangladesh. IBI is also being currently set up as a trade association.
Role Purpose
In addition to ExitStack, the Analyst will support Invest Bangladesh International, a separate informational website focused on showcasing Bangladesh’s investment landscape to global audiences, including diaspora investors and international stakeholders. This responsibility is limited to content and website operations management, ensuring the site remains accurate, updated, and well-maintained.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage routine website content updates, including articles, static pages, announcements, and basic site edits
- Ensure content accuracy, consistency in tone, formatting, and alignment with the site’s informational purpose
- Maintain CMS hygiene, check for broken links, outdated content, and basic publishing QA
- Coordinate minor updates with designers or developers when required (no product ownership or platform development)
- Maintain a simple content tracker and update schedule to ensure the site remains current and credible
- Make decks on the two platforms as needed and write contents where necessary
- Support IBI trade association setup and documentation
This role does not involve investment promotion, deal sourcing, stakeholder engagement, or strategy development. The focus is strictly on keeping the website operational, updated, and professionally presented.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years in operations, editorial/content ops, community ops, marketing ops, project coordination, or a similar execution-heavy role.
- Comfort working with a CMS and basic web publishing workflows.
- Strong written communication and editorial judgment (you don’t have to be the lead writer, but you must be able to QA, refine, and maintain standards).
- Comfort with spreadsheets and basic analytics
- Familiarity with the Bangladesh startup ecosystem and/or diaspora startup landscape
