Position Overview
The Business Analyst will assist in supervising Project Management in assigned projects with tasks and activities necessary for project implementation – ideally in the form of developing knowledge products, organizing thought-leadership events and webinars, and preparing presentations.

- Bilateral and multilateral development partners
- Private sector organizations
- Foundations and NGO/INGOs
Our work spans across:
- Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) studies
- Project planning and strategy development
- Policy analysis and knowledge content development
In addition to research and advisory, the team leads long-term donor-funded implementation projects. Private sector engagement remains central to our approach, ensuring systemic, market-driven solutions to development challenges.
Sectoral and cross-cutting expertise includes:
Agriculture, RMG, Financial Inclusion/DFI, WASH, Women’s Economic Empowerment, Enterprise Development, Market Systems Development, Skills & Livelihood.
1. Required Qualifications
- Conduct strategy consulting projects beginning from the design phase to the dissemination of the findings to clients/stakeholders
- Devise research methodologies, data capture instruments, and data collection plans for projects
- Analyze and visualize research findings and develop reports as required
- Maintain regular communication with the client as well as internal stakeholders while managing projects
- Publishing articles, slide decks, knowledge snippets, concept notes, and white papers on industry practices for relevant media
- Regularly prepare content based on primary and secondary data for the website and newsletter
- Prepare project proposals, press releases, workshop/training curriculum, and any sort of communications required
- Work closely with the team members to design and implement training and development sessions for the team

- Up to date understanding of economic, business, and social affairs is expected
- Sound proficiency in developing high-impact digital content, with expertise in relevant content creation tools, is an added advantage
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Solid problem-solving capabilities
- Strong interpersonal Skills
- Excellent English and Bangla communication skills – both written and oral
- Willingness to travel outside Dhaka for project purposes
