About the Role

As a Marketing Executive at LightCastle Partners, you will be an integral part of the core marketing team, driving the firm’s strategic visibility, thought leadership, and brand positioning across both local and global arenas.

This is a fast-paced, impact-driven role that sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, analytics, and innovation. You’ll work directly with consulting teams, designers, and tech partners to build campaigns that elevate LightCastle’s presence across platforms and sectors. Whether it’s launching a knowledge product, managing a flagship event, or driving digital growth, you will lead initiatives that shape how the brand is perceived and engaged with.

Ideal for someone who thrives in a consulting-style marketing environment, the role offers both challenge and autonomy, with opportunities to build cross-sector knowledge and drive creative innovation in a data-driven team.

Academic Experience Required: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business with a major in Marketing, Communication or any other relevant field
  • All academic courses, including an internship, must be completed 
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply 

Job Responsibilities Include:

Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with LightCastle’s core business objectives, sector positioning, and market offerings.
  • Lead multi-channel campaign development in collaboration with internal consultants and cross-functional teams.

Content Development

  • Spearhead creation of thought leadership, sector insights, case studies, newsletters, and digital content tailored for different stakeholder groups.
  • Ensure brand voice and tone are consistent across platforms and content types.

Technology Innovation

  • Drive experimentation and integration of martech tools to automate workflows, manage digital assets, and improve campaign performance.
  • Oversee all owned digital properties and ensure UX consistency and platform optimization.

Marketing Analytics

  • Track, monitor, and analyze campaign KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ubersuggest, Microsoft Clarity, etc.
  • Deliver actionable insights to improve campaign ROI and strategic decision-making.

Event Management

  • Plan and execute digital and physical events, activations, and product launches in collaboration with business units and partner organizations.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and ensure branding consistency across event touchpoints.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO-friendly content strategies.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with media partners, influencers, and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring maximum value from each investment.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and audience research to continuously refine messaging and positioning.

Required Skills and Traits:

  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in both digital and offline marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO and social media advertising).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
