Requirements: University 3rd–4th year students from any background are encouraged to apply. Students passionate about research and experience in extracurricular activities (ECA) and part-time work experience will have an added advantage.
About the Role: The Junior Associate will join the LightCastle as a part-time member, working 4-5 hours daily for a total of 20-22 hours per week. This paid role is for a period of 4 months. Upon successful completion of the tenure, based on performance and organizational needs, there is the possibility of extending the contract or being considered for a longer-term role with the team.
