Role Summary 

LightCastle Partners is seeking a Low-Code Developer to strengthen its Digital Transformation and Data Practice team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building websites, internal applications, and analytical dashboards using modern low-code/no-code platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and design excellence. 

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing digital tools that support our consulting operations, improving data visibility through dashboards, and maintaining the functionality of key digital assets. The role will also involve IT and user management functions to ensure seamless team operations within the M365 environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Website & Application Development 

  • Develop and maintain responsive websites, portals, and internal applications using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Webflow, Softr, Glide, AppSheet, Bubble, Power Apps, etc.). 
  • Translate business requirements and design prototypes into functional, user-friendly solutions. 
  • Ensure cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility and high-performance delivery. 

2. Dashboard & Data Visualization 

  • Build interactive dashboards and automated reports using Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau. 
  • Integrate multiple data sources and ensure real-time accuracy, visual consistency, and actionable insights. 

3. Digital Asset Functionality Audit 

  • Conduct periodic functionality audits of company websites, dashboards, and internal tools. 
  • Identify performance bottlenecks, UX/UI inconsistencies, and propose improvements. 

4. IT & User Management 

  • Manage LightCastle’s M365 users, including account creation, role management, and access control. 
  • Oversee fixed IT asset management, ensuring accurate tracking, maintenance, and updates. 

Technical & Professional Skills 

Low-Code/No-Code Development: 
Proven ability to design, build, and deploy apps and websites using platforms such as Bubble, AppSheet, Power Apps, Glide, or Webflow. 

Dashboard Expertise: 
Hands-on experience in building and maintaining dashboards using Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau, with clear visualization logic. 

Digital Audit & Optimization: 
Strong ability to assess website/app performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements for speed and functionality. 

Web Fundamentals: 
Good grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to extend the functionality of low-code platforms where necessary. 

Design Acumen: 
Strong eye for UI/UX design, visual hierarchy, typography, and responsive layout — ensuring user-friendly digital products. 

CMS Management: 
Experience managing WordPress or similar content management systems for updates, plugins, and integrations. 

Problem-Solving: 
Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting and debugging abilities. 

Communication: 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate across departments and present technical findings clearly. 

Preferred Tools & Platforms 

  • Low-Code Platforms: Bubble, Webflow, Glide, Power Apps, AppSheet, Softr 
  • Dashboard Tools: Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau 
  • CMS & Automation: WordPress, Zapier, Make (Integromat), Google Workspace, M365 
  • Collaboration Tools: Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Notion 

Educational Qualification 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science & engineering (CSE preferred) or related field. 

Selection Process 

  1. Portfolio Submission – Submit your top 3 development works (app/website), with at least one built using a low-code/no-code platform, along with your resume. 
  1. Online Assessment – Evaluate your analytical and technical skills. 
  1. In-House Development Test – Hands-on test to assess real-time low-code development capability. 
  1. Final Interview – Discussion with the leadership and technical panels. 
  1. Coffee with CEO – Informal conversation to assess cultural alignment and creativity.
