Key Responsibilities:

This role oversees the entire spectrum of HR functions, with a particular emphasis on talent acquisition, strategic HR partnerships, and inclusive cultural & gender-sensitive considerations. Salient points include:

1. Recruitment & Selection:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy aligned with LightCastle’s growth objectives and cultural values
  • Design and oversee a rigorous, multi-stage selection process including case interviews, behavioral assessments, and technical evaluations
  • Establish and maintain relationships with top-tier universities and talent-sourcing avenues to attract high-potential candidates
  • Implement data-driven recruitment metrics and analytics to continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process
  • Stay abreast of market trends, compensation benchmarks, and innovative recruitment technologies to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in all recruitment and selection practices across different geographies

2. Organizational Development:

  • Design and implement organizational structures that support LightCastle’s global expansion while maintaining operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals
  • Conduct regular organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement in processes, systems, and culture
  • Implement capacity development programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders and partners
  • Collaborate with different teams to identify and develop specialized skills needed to uplift the performance of individuals
  • Develop and supervise mentorship programs to support employee growth and knowledge transfer
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of OD initiatives and their impact on business outcomes

3. Gender, Diversity and Inclusion:

  • Develop and champion a comprehensive GDI strategy aligned with LightCastle’s values and business objectives 
  • Partner with leadership to set and achieve diversity targets for different levels of the organization
  • Ensure that company policies, benefits, and practices are inclusive and supportive of all employees, including those from diverse backgrounds
  • Establish and facilitate relevant sessions/programs to foster a sense of community and belonging for diverse groups
  • Manage employee grievances and provide counseling to ensure a positive work environment
  • Address and resolve workplace issues, promoting a culture of open communication and trust
  • Develop and institute programs and policies that support gender equality and sensitivity

4. Employer Branding & Team Building:

  • Develop and implement a compelling employer value proposition (EVP) that resonates with LightCastle’s target talent pool
  • Create and maintain a strong presence on relevant social media platforms to showcase LightCastle’s culture and opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistency between corporate and employer branding
  • Organize and participate in industry events, career fairs, and campus recruitment drives to enhance LightCastle’s visibility
  • Implement strategies to highlight LightCastle’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and corporate social responsibility
  • Promote the organization’s values and culture through engaging internal and external communication
  • Design and facilitate regular team-building activities that align with LightCastle’s values and foster cross-functional collaboration
  • Organize company-wide events to celebrate special occasions, achievements, and milestones
  • Implement recognition and reward programs that reinforce teamwork and LightCastle’s core values

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior management role
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in HR
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, and HR-specific digital tools
