Requirements

The Trainee Consultant – Human Resources will join LightCastle’s HR wing for a full-time internship of four months. During this period, the trainee will support key HR operations, recruitment, and organizational development initiatives. The role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR within a fast-paced consulting environment. Upon successful completion of the internship, there is a possibility of being offered a permanent role based on performance and alignment with organizational values.



Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support onboarding of new hires, including preparation of digital materials and documentation.
2. HR Operations
  • Maintain employee records and assist in managing leave, contracts, and attendance.
  • Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks and data management using Google Suite.
3. Employee Engagement
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement events and internal communication campaigns.
  • Design visual content using Canva for internal notices, newsletters, and updates.
  • Cultural Initiative: Oversee cultural initiatives and participate in their execution.
  •  Support the design and implementation of learning and development initiatives, including training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
4. HR Process Automation & Improvement
  • Utilize AI tools (e.g., chatbots, survey analysis, automated tracking) to streamline HR functions.
  • Help improve and digitize HR documentation, workflows, and reporting.
5. Employer Branding
  • Campus Initiatives: Assist initiatives to enhance the company’s presence and reputation on university campuses, including job fairs, partnerships with universities, internships, and scholarship programs.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in HR, Business Administration, Management, or relevant field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a long-term career in Human Resources.
  • Familiarity with HR principles and best practices.
  • Prior internship or campus leadership experience will be considered a plus.
Required Technical Skills:
  • Mandatory proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Forms).
  • Mandatory knowledge of Canva for creating internal communication materials.
  • Basic understanding or practical experience with AI tools in HR processes (e.g., AI-based recruitment platforms, automated forms, dashboards).
