Academic Experience Required

Fresh graduates/Internship; All academic courses must be completed (preferably with a degree in Business, Economics, Development Studies, or other Social Science disciplines). 

About the Role

This is a full-time internship for a period of 4 months. The ideal candidate will assist in completing assigned tasks and activities necessary for implementing projects, ideally contributing to primary and secondary research, preparing presentations, developing knowledge products, conducting data analysis, and organizing thought-leadership events and webinars. The role also involves regular follow-ups, reporting, updating databases, and making calls to ensure smooth coordination and timely execution of project activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing project reports, documents, and other deliverables.
  • Conduct desk review of documents and reports to identify gaps and generate insights.
  • Analyze information and prepare summaries/briefs.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to schedule meetings and field visits.
  • Communicate meeting minutes and updates with stakeholders.
  • Develop and update internal trackers for information management.
  • Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate in economics, business, development studies, or any related field.
  • Strong desk research and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bengali and English.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, particularly in Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience in part-time jobs or club activities is a plus.
