1. Required Qualifications
- Creative expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of creative content generation and digital storytelling.
- Proficiency in AI-based creative tools (Freepik, Envato Elements, Veo 3, Midjourney, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with camera operation for both video and photography.
- Knowledge of creating optimized video, GIF, and animation content for websites.
- Strong collaborative and project management skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Figma, and AI-assisted platforms.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Mailchimp, and digital marketing principles.
2. Key Responsibilities
Creative Design and Visual Support
- Understand the narrative and purpose of a project and use motion graphics to effectively convey messages and ideas.
- Create visually captivating motion graphics and animations that enhance video content, presentations, and other digital media.
- Skillfully integrate typography and text animations to complement visual storytelling.
- Design and execute animations using various techniques such as 2D animation, kinetic typography, and visual effects.
- Develop creative visuals and animations for websites, including video loops, GIFs, and infographic-based animations optimized for web performance.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Freepik, Envato, Veo 3, etc.) to generate and enhance creative video and design outputs efficiently.
AV Creation
- Edit raw video footage to enhance visual quality, rhythm, and storytelling impact.
- Polish post-production materials, including audio, graphics, and effects.
- Craft engaging and compelling video content aligned with project objectives and brand identity.
- Seamlessly merge various elements to create cohesive final deliverables.
- Operate camera equipment for professional video and photo shoots, ensuring proper framing, lighting, and sound.
- Utilize AI-assisted tools to streamline video generation and editing processes.
Project Planning & Cross-Functional Activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders, marketing teams, and project managers to understand project requirements and develop motion graphic concepts aligned with project goals and brand identity.
- Create project plans and visual materials, ensuring that creative deliverables align with the overall project objectives.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive project task timeline, managing it effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide timely and efficient support for internal teams in utilizing the created templates and decks.
- Develop and maintain visual templates, animation presets, and presentation decks for internal and client-facing use.
