Through the Impact Ready Matching Fund (IRMF), B-Briddhi is supporting three innovative impact enterprises in Bangladesh, each dedicated to driving social change across different industries. These enterprises—Hishabee, InsureCow, and Shomvob—will each receive one-to-one matching funding of up to USD $100,000 to strengthen their impact measurement and management (IMM) practices, empowering them to deepen their social impact for underserved customers.
🔹 Hishabee: Hishabee provides digital tools for micro-retailers, including inventory management, credit, and sales tracking. By digitizing and financing business processes, Hishabee enables local micro-retailers to grow and thrive, contributing to a more resilient economy.

🔹 InsureCow: InsureCow offers accessible livestock insurance solutions to smallholder farmers, helping them manage risks and protect their livelihoods. Through its technology-driven cattle insurance platform, InsureCow serves as a bridge between financial institutions and farmers to ensure access to tailored financial solutions.

🔹 Shomvob: Shomvob connects employers with job seekers in blue-collar sectors through an HR-tech, upskilling, and payroll financing platform. By reducing hiring time and costs while ensuring compliance, Shomvob helps businesses build high-performing teams and underserved individuals to secure fulfilling employment.

The IRMF structure supports early-stage impact startups or those with significant impact potential, offering non-repayable matching funds up to USD 100K. This funding incentivizes enterprises to scale their impact to make a positive difference in Bangladesh and establish robust impact measurement and management systems, helping them capture precise data.
B-Briddhi is a gender-inclusive program supporting a thriving impact ecosystem in Bangladesh where impact enterprises can grow and scale. This program is supported by Switzerland and implemented by Roots of Impact and LightCastle Partners.
