Connecting Talent with Opportunity: LightCastle at BRAC Career Fair 2024

On June 2024, LightCastle Partners participated in a two-day-long career fair at Brac University. The fair attracted 77 distinguished companies, with LightCastle being one of them. The primary objective of the fair was to build a bridge between industry and academia, presenting diverse opportunities under one umbrella. More than 300+ candidates visited the LightCastle at the fair, learning about opportunities within LightCastle and the consulting industry in general. 

Furthermore, several sessions were scheduled on both days to engage the students with professionals, including career seminars, workshops, networking opportunities, and insights from industry leaders.  

Among those who visited us, many expressed a keen interest in our projects, particularly highlighting SheSTEM and Bunon 2030. Students from diverse backgrounds showed interest in our vacancies, as consulting is a multi-faceted field that is open to talents from almost all backgrounds, so long as they are passionate about pursuing a career in consulting, love delving into data, engaging in research-based work, and creating an impact.

In the BRAC Career Fair 2024, LightCastle Partners were represented by Nuzhat Naoshin — HR Officer (BRAC Alumni), Rafayet Khan — Business Development Lead & Project Manager (BRAC Alumni), A K M Mushfiqur Rahman — Business Analyst, and Ishrat Ashique — Marketing and Partnerships Specialist.
