February 15, 2026, marked the 13th anniversary of LightCastle Partners. To celebrate the milestone, the organization brought its team together for a meaningful day at the office. The event focused on celebration, cultural appreciation, and reflection. The day began in the vibrant spirit of Pohela Falgun. Colleagues arrived in colorful traditional attire, creating a warm and energetic atmosphere.
Later in the afternoon, the team embraced Falgun through a thoughtfully arranged pitha gathering. Colleagues enjoyed a delightful spread of traditional Bengali pithas. At the same time, they shared conversations and laughter. This moment strengthened team bonds and celebrated our cultural heritage.
The formal program began at 5:00 PM with welcome remarks from the Directors. Their message set an inspiring and forward-looking tone for the evening. Next, Saima Ali, Senior Manager, Human Resources, presented the LightCastle Cultural Survey findings. The session highlighted key employee insights and identified important action areas. In addition, an open Q&A encouraged honest dialogue. Team members shared reflections, ideas, and aspirations. As a result, the discussion reinforced a culture of trust, openness, and respect.
Afterward, Omar Farhan Khan and Mubassir Rahman shared the organization’s strategic priorities and future direction. Their session also outlined LightCastle’s long-term vision. The presentation provided clarity and motivation for the team. Moreover, they emphasized the role of every colleague in shaping the next phase of growth. A further interactive discussion strengthened alignment and shared ownership.
One of the most anticipated moments of the evening was the award ceremony. It celebrated the dedication, excellence, and impact of our colleagues. Bijon Islam, CEO, and Zahedul Amin, Managing Director, personally presented the awards. They recognized outstanding contributions across the organization. Awards were presented in three categories:
In addition, the Knowledge Sprint winners received recognition. They were honored for outstanding article writing and active knowledge sharing. This recognition further reinforced our culture of learning and collaboration.
The celebration ended with a joyful cake-cutting ceremony and a team photo session. LightCastle proudly stepped into its 13th year of excellence. Finally, the team gathered for dinner. The relaxed setting allowed colleagues to connect and celebrate together.
