LightCastle Partners is to collaborate with the Laudes Foundation to lead the Database Management and Website Development for Just Transition Programmes in Bangladesh, a first-of-its-kind effort to map and visualize the country’s evolving just transition landscape.
As Bangladesh grapples with the complexities of climate change, shifting labor markets, complex trade dynamics, and industry transformation, there is a growing need for coordinated, data-driven action. This initiative aims to bridge that gap by developing a centralized, interactive platform that tracks and showcases just transition initiatives across sectors and geographies in Bangladesh.

The Just Transition platform will serve as a public good, offering open access to a broad ecosystem of actors engaged in climate action, labor rights, sustainable industry, and equitable growth. The goal is to catalyze data-informed decision-making and ensure that future just transition efforts are inclusive, well-documented, and aligned with national and global priorities.
