2023 was a year of tremendous growth, meaningful partnerships, and expanded impact for LightCastle Partners. To align our team for another year of excellence, we kicked off the year with an enriching strategy retreat on the serene shores of Cox’s Bazar.
Bangladesh’s agricultural sector relies heavily on manual labor, with less than 2% mechanization for harvesting and planting. However, as the sector faces labor shortages, agri-mechanization is needed which can be done through innovative financing.
PoultryTechBangladesh is a public-private partnership program between Dutch and Bangladeshi stakeholders in the poultry sector. It focuses on strengthening business relations, increasing trade and investments, and improving cooperation between the two sides. LightCastle Partners and Larive International are collaborating as coordination partners for the PoultryTechBangladesh program.
