Lotifa Chowdhury is the Data & Quality Assurance Manager at LightCastle Partners, with over seven years of extensive experience in data collection and management. She specializes in the entire data lifecycle—from field collection to advanced cleaning, validation, and analysis—ensuring precise and actionable insights for clients.
She has worked with a wide range of national and international organizations, including Helvetas Bangladesh, ILO, DFAT, Australian High Commission, UNCDF, World Vision, SNV, EKN, Swisscontact, Larive International, WFP, BRAC, CARE Bangladesh, IDE (CSISA-MEA), 1001Fontaines, MJF, World Bank, Water Aid among others.
Lotifa’s career background includes working with leading research organizations, data collection firms, BPO centers, and call centers, where she developed strong expertise in operational management and quality assurance. In her current role, she plays a key part in preparing project budgets, designing fieldwork plans, overseeing field operations, and rigorously monitoring data quality throughout project implementation.
Her blend of strategic planning, hands-on field management, and quality assurance expertise enables her to manage projects efficiently while upholding the highest research standards.
Lotifa holds a postgraduate degree in Political Science from the National University.
