On the 13th of August, 2022, LightCastle Partners participated in the Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC) Development Sector Career Expo 2022: a day-long event bringing in young professionals and graduates interested in pursuing career opportunities in the development sector. Through the job fair, participants connected with 20+ development sector employers and received comprehensive guidelines from panelists and speakers.
