“I joined LightCastle Partners in 2017 as a Junior Associate in my final semester of undergrad and left in 2021 as a Project Manager and Sr. Business Consultant, carrying forward not just experience but a lasting consultant’s mindset. My time at LCP was formative, shaped by work on policy and equity-centered projects, including developing Bangladesh’s first impact investment strategy, designing catalytic funding frameworks for impact enterprises, and formulating strategies to finance the SDGs.
I am now the Supervisor of Grants Administration at the Chicago Department of Public Health, where I manage a complex portfolio of grants supporting the delivery of essential public health services across the third-largest U.S. city. My work focuses on aligning policy, funding, and community partnerships to reduce systemic health inequities.
At LCP, you practice systems thinking, take ownership from the start, and work hand-in-hand with partners to identify leverage points and translate strategy into real-world impact.
LCP taught me to pair analytical rigor with a big-picture perspective, a foundation that continues to guide my work toward meaningful ecosystem change.”
