Anika Bushra is a Business Consultant on the Ecosystem and Investments team at LightCastle Partners. She has five years of experience in human-rights-based programme development, partnerships, and monitoring and evaluation. Previously she led the partnerships and M&E portfolio at Youth Policy Forum (YPF). That work included YPF's role in Right Here Right Now Bangladesh, a multi-country coalition programme funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs that supported the reproductive health and rights of young people. She worked with partners including BRAC, UNESCO, UNDP, and FCDO, and her portfolio spanned gender, governance, climate, and youth leadership. Anika holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from North South University. She is drawn to building projects end to end, with a focus on evidence-based advocacy and using data to measure impact
