LightCastle Partners brought the team together for a Town Hall on October 15, 2026, at the office. The session focused on three key themes: performance, organizational structure, and open discussion, providing a platform to reflect on the company’s progress, discuss its future direction, and encourage meaningful dialogue between employees and leadership.
The evening began with an engaging icebreaker, “Boss, Is That You?”, facilitated by Sinthia Afrin, HR Executive. Featuring two bosses and a series of questions that invited team members to choose sides, the activity quickly sparked lively discussions, laughter, and friendly debate. It created an energetic atmosphere and encouraged active participation from the outset. Bijon Islam, Chief Executive Officer, and Zahedul Amin, Managing Director, then welcomed the team and introduced the key objectives and agenda for the session.
The main segment, Overall Company Performance Update, was led by Bijon Islam and Zahedul Amin. The discussion covered company-wide performance, progress against targets, key achievements, ongoing challenges, and the outlook for the year ahead. Zahedul Amin also highlighted emerging opportunities and the company’s potential for future growth, offering the team a broader perspective on LightCastle Partners’ strategic direction.

Shubham Roy, Principal Business Consultant & Portfolio Manager of the Growth & Innovation team, shared an update from the new business prospects. Parisa Omar, Business Consultant, followed with an account of her recent visit to Kiribati, giving the team a look at the company’s work beyond the office. Ishrat Ashique, Senior Specialist from the Marketing team, closed the segment with an overall marketing update, covering social media and the new initiatives introduced recently. Together, the updates gave the team a clear picture of where the company stands and where it is heading.

The next segment, Team Structure, Culture and Future of Work, explored the organization’s current structure and reporting lines, alongside recent and upcoming organizational changes. It also provided an opportunity to reflect on workplace culture and discuss how the organization’s ways of working may evolve to support its future needs.
The Town Hall concluded its formal sessions with an open Q&A, giving employees the opportunity to raise questions, share perspectives, and engage directly with leadership. Building on the open and interactive atmosphere established earlier in the evening, team members participated in a candid exchange of ideas and concerns.
Ameera Fairooz and Ainan Tajrian, both Senior Business Consultants, shared suggestions for streamlining the recruitment process and strengthening employee motivation. Lotifa Chowdhury, Data and Quality Assurance Manager, highlighted existing operational bottlenecks, to which Md. Shah-Nawaj Sojib, Assistant General Manager, responded by explaining the underlying challenges and discussing potential solutions. He also highlighted how introducing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system could help streamline processes within the Accounts and Finance team.
Following the discussions, the team came together for dinner, providing an informal setting to continue conversations and strengthen connections among colleagues.
The Town Hall reaffirmed the importance of transparency, collaboration, and open communication at LightCastle Partners. By creating a space where employees could raise concerns, exchange ideas, and hear directly from leadership, the session encouraged a shared understanding of the company’s priorities and direction. Such engagements help build trust, ensure that diverse perspectives are heard, and enable employees to contribute meaningfully to the organization’s continued growth and development.
