The consultation session was attended by the board members of the Bangladesh Association of Call Center & Outsourcing (BACCO). Zahedul Amin, Co-founder of LightCastle Partners and Farah Hamud Khan, Business Consultant at LightCastle Partners, shared insights from the study conducted as part of IFC’s Tackling Childcare project.
