Labib Al Tasfi
Business Analyst
Labib is a Business Analyst in the Development and Management Consultancy team at LightCastle Partners. With a strong interest in research and development field, he brings practical experience in quantitative research, financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and operational reporting. Labib is a recent BBA graduate from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka, with a major in Finance and minor in Economics.
Before joining LightCastle, Labib worked with A.O. Smith Bangladesh (Pureit) as a Data Analyst and Intern, where he developed regional performance reports, conducted financial feasibility studies for new operational zones, and built pricing scenarios to support leadership decisions. He also previously held operational and coordination roles at Hunkar and Mentors’, contributing to revenue forecasting and branch strategy. During his student years, Labib served as President of the Notre Dame Debating Club and was a finalist in several national debating, business and finance competitions.
