Muhammad Bakhtiar is a Business Analyst in the Management & Development Consulting team at LightCastle Partners. He completed his Master's in Development Studies with a specialization in Public Policy from the University of Dhaka after graduating with Honors in Development Studies from the University of Chittagong. He brings experience in report writing, supporting consulting engagements, coordinating capacity-building initiatives, and contributing to evidence-informed solutions for clients across the public, private, and development sectors.

Prior to joining LightCastle, Muhammad worked at Mind Mapper Bangladesh, where he supported consulting and organizational development projects through research, operations support, proposal development, stakeholder coordination and training program delivery. He also served as an Intern at BRAC Institute of Educational Development (BRAC IED), contributing to qualitative research, field data collection, and learning content development for early childhood development programs. Outside of his professional work, Muhammad is an accomplished competitive debater, having won multiple national championships and several speaker awards. His experience in competitive debating has strengthened his analytical thinking, structured communication, and problem-solving skills, which complement his work as a business analyst.
