Tasnia Isbat is a Business Analyst in the Ecosystem & Investments team at LightCastle Partners. She is passionate about developing data-driven and sustainable approaches to create meaningful impact in society. Before joining LightCastle, Tasnia completed the Young Researchers’ Fellowship Program from the BRAC Institute of Governance and Development (BIGD), where she gained hands-on experience in mixed-method research. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from BRAC University.
