LightCastle Partners recently participated in the BYLC Career Expo 2023, which served as a platform for job seekers to connect with LightCastle and learn about the company, management consulting as a career, and explore current and potential opportunities within the company.
During the day-long career expo, more than 200 individuals visited the LightCastle stall, learned about the company, inquired about the current and frequent openings, and got the opportunity to apply to specific positions or leave their details for future consideration.
LightCastle Partners was represented by Saud Khandaker Hussain (Business Consultant), Tariqur Rahman (Digital Marketing Specialist), and Nuzhat Naoshin (HR), who actively engaged with participants, providing valuable insights and information about the company and its available positions.
After the official closing ceremony, the participating employers, including LightCastle Partners, were called onto the stage and presented with a token of appreciation in recognition of their contribution to the success of the event.
