LightCastle Partners has recently signed a contract with UN Women, whereby the former will be providing technical assistance for facilitating a competition – Innovators against Gender-Based Violence, a competition for young women innovators to provide them with an opportunity to unleash their potential and their creativity to alleviate violence and empower women and girls.
Giulia Pelosi, Programme Specialist, and Zahedul Amin, LightCastle Co-founder and Director cosigned the contract for the partnership on 13 June 2019. This initiative is part of the UN Women’s Combating Gender-Based Violence in Bangladesh (CGBV) project funded by Global Affairs Canada.
