LightCastle completes 3-Day Impact Investments Training for OXFAM Bangladesh and its partners

LightCastle Partners recently completed a training program on impact investment titled, “OXFAM-LCP: How to Launch an Impact Fund in Bangladesh”. The training was arranged for OXFAM Bangladesh and its partners, namely- RDRS, Wave Foundation, and CODEC. The 3-day program started on the 1st of March and ended on the 3rd of March, 2021, at Hotel Bengal Blueberry.

Bijon Islam, Co-founder, and CEO of LightCastle Partners led the training program which was attended by 8 guest speakers who shared their valuable insights on the broad topic of impact investment and regulations for developing an impact fund.

The program was designed to train the relevant stakeholders on how to open and set up an impact fund, along with delving into its regulatory framework and management that may help to make the most out of impact funding for new businesses.
