Bijon Islam, CEO, LightCastle Partners, attended the event Global Entrepreneurship Congress – 2019 in Bahrain. At the GEN Accelerates Panel, he shared his thoughts on the GEN Accelerator Platform and the importance of data-driven culture both for ecosystem builders and entrepreneurs.
Every year, The Global Entrepreneurship Congress (GEC) gathers thousands of entrepreneurs, investors, researchers, policymakers and other startup champions from more than 170 countries around the world to identify innovative ways of helping founders start and scale new ventures. In the weeklong GEC, delegates make connections, gain insights, learn about new research, and leave ready to renew their programs, policy ideas or firm founder skills.
Some of the distinguished speakers at the event were Jonas Kjellberg, Founder of Skype; Jonathan Ortmans, President of Global Entrepreneurs Network (GEN); H.E. Toomas Ilves, CEO of Ilves Consulting Group.
The event was held in Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre (BIECC), from April 15-18, 2019.
