LightCastle Partners has recently signed a contract with SNV for the project titled, “Analysis of Municipal Financial System and Development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Faecal Sludge Management (FSM) Services.” LightCastle will support SNV by developing a public finance management assessment framework for local government institutions (Municipalities/City corporations). In addition, LightCastle will devise KPIs for FSM services provided by intervention LGIs in Khulna, Jhenaidah, Kushtia, Jashore, Benapole and Gazipur.
