Ishrat Ashique, currently serving as the Marketing and Partnerships Specialist at LightCastle Partners, brings seasoned experience in the research and consulting industry. Prior to her current role, Ishrat worked as the Partnerships Associate at Inspira Advisory and Consulting Limited. In this capacity, she collaborated with global development partners, government directories, and INGOs to curate interactive campaign strategies, oversee campaign implementation, and devise digital transformation strategies aimed at creating awareness, capacity building and prompting corporate sustainability.
Throughout her career, Ishrat has fostered significant partnerships with UN Agencies, INGOs, Think Tanks, and Business Associations, impacting over 20 thriving sectors of Bangladesh and the South Asia region. Her expertise in curating effective branding initiatives, accelerator programs, global grants, and joint events has strengthened industry ecosystems. Additionally, her experience with media production agencies and FMCG conglomerates has enabled her to develop impactful branding strategies and product development campaigns.
Ishrat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a minor in Development Studies, along with a Master’s degree in Data Science and Analytics from East West University.
